Jean-François Erdelyi
Hello, I'm sorry to dig up this old topic but I encountered the same problem, I'm sad to have lost my best time so far ^^’

Jean-François Erdelyi, Could you please unpair your watch and then pair it again? Let me know if that helps.
Jean-François Erdelyi
Valeriy Kovalenko Unfortunately, there's still no data on the app, on my Watch, my best time is always the previous one.

Jean-François Erdelyi, that's odd! Is it only the PB that is not synced? All tables are synced well?
Jean-François Erdelyi
Valeriy Kovalenko Everything was synchronized (tables, etc.) until this issue occurred. On the day the problem appeared, none of the data was synchronized (one PB and one table) but if I look to Apple Health I can see my activities logged but not on STAmina. I haven’t tried again since the synchronization bug happened and I do my training directly on my phone.

Jean-François Erdelyi, another thing to try - sign out and sign back in again on your phone. Something is preventing the sync, but not sure what exactly. Please send me an email so we can continue privately, I might need your user id to look on the database side.
Jean-François Erdelyi
Valeriy Kovalenko Ok it is not working too :/ , what is your email?

Hey Eikaas, have you paired the app on your watch with the mobile app?
Eikaas
Valeriy Kovalenko: yes, and if I do tables they both save and sync up with my phone

Eikaas: thanks, moved the ticket into bugs, going to investigate.
