Device Compatibility

I know consumer smart watches usually make no sense to add. Though, I use Apnea tables to help me with my running and blood pressure. I have no intention of free diving (outside of recreational, unlicensed). Would love to see samsung, apple and Garmin added. Currently rocking a Galaxy watch 4. Have had a Garmin prior in the Army, had a GPS on it too, may have cheated land nav once or twice...

Make it possible to run exercises on the Garmin watches (without a mobile phone).

If I can sniff the Bluetooth data on my $10 Bluetooth pulse oximeter, can you support it? What data do you look for when you are adding support for a device? I assume there are data streams for sp02% and HR, and you probably need some identifier for the device so the app knows what to look for? I'd like to help if I can.
