Bluetooth speaker idle time

I have a JBL Charge 4 and a Flip 5. 
The speakers  go to idle mode after some seconds then many bits are missing as well as the beginning of some voice message.
Is there a solution to avoid that?

In the past I've used a frequency generator app to play a tone below hearing level. That has kept my JBL charge (4? 5?) alive for me.

To clarify, the frequency should be below hearing level. Not the volume.

Nesson,
The JBL charge 5 has a timeout of 20s.
To avoid that, i launch "frequencyGenerator" with 40hz and 4% level of speaker.
