Hey gonk, hugo young, Daniel, I'm trying to figure out what would be the most logical way to add a pause and the only idea that I have is to resume after a pause from the beginning of the last _rest_ interval.
Reason: if I pause 10 seconds before an apnea interval - there is no way I can get ready for the apnea. If I pause during an apnea interval - there is no point to continue that interval.
The only question that I still have - what to do with wonka tables.
Any thoughts?

Valeriy Kovalenko: I totaly agree with you. That should be the best and simplest solution. If you want to complex things ;-) you could add a dialogbox making the user select between "restart at rest intervall current hold/apnea" or "restart at rest interval next hold/apnea"... in case you where interupted at the end of an hold/apnea you dont want to do again.

Valeriy Kovalenko: totally agree! (i have never used the wonka table though).

Quest I would appreciate your input on this topic as well :)

Valeriy Kovalenko: It all sounds great. Going back to the beginning of the last rest interval sounds perfect. I would also just be happy to have it pause and I sort out the time difference on my own.
I just don't want to have to lose all of my progress by exiting out of the training, then create a custom training with just the remaining stages because I had to go to the toilet quickly which is how I currently handle it

This would be really useful as sometimes my friends will try and annoy me buy bursting into my room when they know I am practicing the option to pause and maybe even redo a breath hold if you mess up and want to try again or get interrupted would be really helpful. Thank you for such a great app.
