What if I quit
J
Jean-Daniel Seyrès
I'm doing an exercise, holding my breath. I have a contraction, I double tap. Another contraction, double tap. Another, and another, and I can't hold my breath longer. I quit this part and breathe...
But I can't tell the app I have broke the "hold". And I want to continue, to calm down during the "breathe" part, and continue for the next "hold".
Maybe a long touch on the screen.

Hi Jean-Daniel, IMHO it is not the sense of a table to interrupt and resume it. If the table is too hard for you, better reduce the hold time until you can complete it several times with reasonable effort/contractions. Then moderately increase the hold time and go on.

Yeah, I agree. I was on the last hold of my session and gave up like 10 seconds before the timer went off. I didn't want to lie and say I completed it, but didn't want to lose the progress that I made.

Seth Walmsley: Just hit "Cancel" on the top right of the screen. After that you will be asked whether you want to keep the result in history or discard it.
