Shouldn't there be a break between holds in a Wonka-type table? If not, how do you make a similar table but:

Hold with countdown from contraction (like Wonka)

You can create a custom table where apnea intervals end with a tap, allowing you to have training similar to what you described. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
